Party Planning

I have an extreme love for party planning. I plan months and months in advance just so I can stretch it out as long as I can.

I threw my sister-in-law a baby shower for her twin girls. I chose to go with light pink & cream.
After a lot of online research, I found everything I was looking for...

I didn't get pictures of everything in the shower, so I filled in the blanks with photos that I had used for inspiration.

For the pennant banners, we used all soft pinks, greens, yellows and whites. Then we sewed on a back and stuffed them to give them a very soft feel. I must take a picture of them and post it ( I couldnt part with them once the shower was over)
This took a long time, all the gramma's and even the mama to be helped glue on the pretty things. It was very worth it. They turned out adorable!

For these onsies, I drew out a template, cut it out, and traced it onto scrapbook paper. We glued on some adornments to make them all unique.
This was for thank you cards. The guest would fill out their information on the envelopes and put in a bowl. We then pulled one out and the lucky winner got a prize. I love this idea because it makes sending thank-you cards so much easier.
The candy bar. This was a highlight of the shower. Need I say more?!
I made a two tier diaper cake, slipped a tutu around the bottom and a headband at the top. Simple and cute.

The mama to be's aunt made this gorgeous cake. It tasted as good as it looks! mmm
